# 通知相關之疑難排解

## 有部分王的通知失效

若有些王重生但卻沒有通知，可能是由於下列原因：

1. 時間必須在王重生時間的 10 分鐘前輸入，通知才會生效。若在王即將重生的 10 分鐘以內才輸入，便不會收到通知。
2. 若該王狀態已是過5以上，也不會有通知。

## 看不到機器人的王表顯示或出王通知

可能是您關閉了 Discord 預覽功能，請至設定中的「文字＆圖片」「顯示嵌入內容並預覽貼至聊天室內的網站連結」 開啟

## 有些成員無法聽到語音通知

若部分成員無法聽到語音通知，可能是由於下列原因： 

1. 可能是由於成員關閉了接收全伺服器通知的選項，因此若要聽到語音通知建議停留在 **時間群** 或檢查一下 Discord 的通知設定。
2. 語音通知使用了 TTS （文字轉語音），Win10 有內建所以應該都能聽得到，但若使用的是較低的作業系統版本如 Win7, 8 便有聽不到的可能，可以依照自己的作業系統去找適用的 TTS 來解決。

## 關閉通知與語音

可以對頻道按滑鼠右鍵，選擇「靜音」，如此一來便不會有任何通知打擾，但也需要被動的觀察 **王表** 追王，適合低調的朋友使用。
